The Art of Business has been Austen Jewellers’ strategic marketing partner since 2019. As was the case for many other brick-and-mortar businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic brought about changes in the way that Austen Jewellers could operate. This client needed to adapt their marketing strategies to stay relevant quickly.

Austen Jewellers approached the Art of Business for help with marketing strategy, budget management, search engine optimization (SEO), website design and development, art direction, email marketing, paid advertising, blog writing, lead generation, and more.

The Art of Business has used and continues to use a multi-faceted marketing approach to nurture growth for this jewellery boutique. Through our brand development services, our Calgary-based digital marketing agency is giving Austen Jewellers a brand-facelift in preparation for a complete rebrand and brand overhaul. One of their main goals as a 30-year-old business is to refresh their brand while maintaining the tradition and elegance of their business.

We’ve also created a range of print materials from COVID-19 safety protocols to fun “hint hint” cards on which customers can write down the specifics of a piece of jewellery they’d like to receive so they can pass that hint along to their sweetheart.
